Clutch Peptides supplies laboratory research materials. Because product integrity and handling conditions cannot be verified after delivery, opened or used products generally cannot be accepted for return. This does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law.
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item, contact Clutchpeptide@gmail.com promptly after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the package and affected items where possible.
How requests are handled
We review each request based on the order and available evidence. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another resolution, consistent with applicable law. Please contact us before shipping any item back; unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Order changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment or ships.
Refund processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued through the original payment method where available. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears.
